Habitat for
Humanity of Defiance County is looking for
volunteers to work on its next house. Workers are needed
from 8:00AM to late in the afternoon every
Saturday at the site until the home is built.
No
building experience is necessary; we will teach
you what you want to learn about building a
house. Participants will receive a free lunch
and a great wealth of experience while helping
the partner family build their new home. To sign

Get the
volunteer registration
form, print it out, fill it in and bring with you to the work
site. (It will speed the volunteer registration
process.) You must be at least 16 years of age
and have a parent sign a
waiver/release form if
under the age of 18. All volunteers, regardless
of age, must sign the
waiver/release form. The forms are also
available at the work site every Saturday.”
