Habitat for Humanity of Defiance County
dedicated their 12th house December 2008 to Scarlett
Westcott and her children. Scarlett and family
movied in just in time for the holidays. The
Westcott family's new home at 1037 Madison Ave., was
built by Habitat for Humanity of Defiance County. To
